What is lap xuong?
Lap xuong is Vietnamese fresh sausage. Ti Hon seasons fresh pork leg with sugar, salt, pepper, garlic and Mai Que Lo wine, then sun-dries it until it turns red with a light sour-sweet taste.
Ti Hon is a family workshop in Cai Lậy, Tiền Giang, making lap xuong by hand since 2011, with no saltpeter. The workshop vacuum-seals each pack on the day it is made.
Tet and Mid-Autumn gifting
Lap xuong gift boxes are a Tet and Mid-Autumn tradition. Ti Hon packs company gift boxes for teams from 5 to more than 500 staff, in red fabric bags with the Ti Hon mark. Message us early before the holidays so the workshop can schedule your order.
